Sheila Louise Butler MD, MPH, FACOEM

Dr. Butler is the Medical Director of EmblemHealth Health@Work (formerly the Occupational and Environmental Health Center of Eastern New York). She is responsible for the daily operation of this occupational health clinic, one of the only occupational health network clinics in New York State. 

She along with her staff provide services for all aspects of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, including evaluation of work-related illnesses and injuries, Department of Transportation (DOT) CDL examinations, preplacement physicals, return-to-work and fitness-for-duty evaluations, and medical surveillances. She and the clinical staff also offer educational workshops on health and safety in the workplace. Dr. Butler’s interests include occupational exposures that contribute to hematologic and respiratory disorders.

Dr. Butler is board certified in Occupational Medicine. She holds additional board certifications in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematology through the American Board of Pathology. She is a certified Medical Examiner through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and is a certified Medical Review Officer. 

Bobbi Wilding, MS

Executive Director of Clean and Healthy New York

Bobbi leads the Getting Ready for Baby coalition, trains child care providers to avoid chemicals of concern, and tests products for such chemicals. Her background in Ecological Economics, Values and Policy lends itself strongly to engaging in CHNY's market-based campaigns.
